At Peacock Stage, every order is handled with individual care and attention. Because we operate on a made-to-order or limited-stock basis and take orders directly via email, the following shipping and return terms apply.
1. Ordering Process

2. Shipping Information
∙We ship within Germany and internationally upon request.
∙Shipping costs and delivery times will be communicated clearly via email before you confirm your order.
∙Orders are dispatched only after payment is confirmed.
∙You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number (if available) once your item is sent.
3. Packaging
All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. If you have specific packaging requests (e.g., gift wrapping), please let us know when ordering.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Because each of our products is carefully handcrafted for you and not mass-produced, we are generally unable to accept returns unless the item:
∙Arrives damaged
∙Is incorrect or defective
If this occurs:
∙Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item
∙Include photos and a description of the issue
∙We will do our best to resolve it via replacement, repair, or refund (depending on the situation)
5. Exceptions
We cannot accept returns or cancellations for:
∙Custom or made-to-order items
∙Items returned without prior notice
6. Responsibility During Shipping
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will support you in tracking packages and filing claims if necessary.
